Sound bath

If you take a sound bath in Badehaus II, you don't need to bring a towel. Because you are not bathing in thermal brine, but in an incomparable mixture of sounds, historicist architecture and softly spoken mantras. Sigrid Höhr and Ulla Lübbert make use of the resonance and beauty of the symmetrical dome of the bathhouse to create a pure and intense mediation experience. With large gongs and singing bowls, the rotunda in Badehaus II is transformed into a spherical sound space that makes you forget that everyday life still exists outside the doors. Lying down, you allow yourself to be captured by the oscillations and vibrations, say goodbye to spinning thoughts and discover your ability to let go and relax. Unlike with sound mediation, you will experience the effect of the sounds and vibrations directly on and in your body.
Sigrid Höhr is a trained Peter Hess® sound massage practitioner and mindfulness coach with a practice for sound massage, mindfulness and self-care in Hille and has also been offering her services exclusively in the Bad Oeynhausen spa park since 2023. Her sound sister Ulla Lübbert comes from Hille and is a trained Peter Hess® sound relaxation coach.
